Bougie Hermit Return Policy
At Bougie Hermit, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Exceptions: The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Intimate apparel or items marked as “final sale.”
Initiating a Return
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Support team at: customersupport@bougiehermit.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Include the RA number in your package.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely. Bougie Hermit is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the transaction.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error by Bougie Hermit.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
- Refunds for international orders will not include any original shipping charges, duties, or taxes.
